Hcode Hub Social

Hcode Hub Social is the social media module of the Hub, the management system used by Hcode and the companies it serves. Each brand has its own team, with roles for who creates, who approves and who manages, and connects its own social media accounts to work on them from the Hub.

Access requires a Hub login at hub.hcode.com.br. Social media accounts are only connected when the administrator of each account authorizes access on the Meta or Google login screen.

• Approval-based publishing: the team writes the post, with text and media per network, sends it for approval and schedules it. At the scheduled time the Hub publishes on each channel and confirms the publication.
• Calendar: a view of what is scheduled and published, per brand and per network.
• Metrics: reach, views, likes, comments, shares and followers of each channel and each post.
• Inbox: comments, mentions, reviews and direct messages received by the channels, for the team to read and reply to in the Hub. Optional artificial intelligence triage classifies the content and suggests a draft reply, which is only sent after a person reviews it.

• Facebook: list the Pages you manage, publish on them, read their metrics and, with the inbox enabled, read and reply to comments and Messenger messages.
• Instagram: identify the professional account, publish photos, carousels and Reels, read the metrics and, with the inbox enabled, read and reply to comments, mentions and direct messages.
• YouTube: identify the channel, upload the videos the team created (with the title, description and privacy it chose), confirm the publication, read statistics and YouTube Analytics reports and, with the inbox enabled, read and reply to the comments on the videos.
• Google Business Profile: list the locations you manage, publish posts and, with the inbox enabled, read and reply to reviews.

We request only the access these features need. No data is used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties other than the processors described in the privacy policy.

Access tokens are stored encrypted and never appear in the interface or in logs. Disconnecting a channel erases its credential immediately and, for YouTube, also revokes access at Google.

Hcode's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
