Research

In Brazil, 8 out of 10 companies still have no governance policies for AI, according to IBM's Cost of a Data Breach 2025 report. The study found that the average cost of a data breach in the country already reaches R$ 7.19 million, showing the size of the hidden risk of deploying AI without clear controls and compliance.

AI Governance training is essential: the pace of innovation has outrun organizational maturity. Departments need to agree on the same tools and on standardized use, and it has to be clear who approves and supervises those tools.
